Intended for Users 18-Years-Old and Over

The TGIM Books & Apparel Website is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. The TGIM Digital Publishing Web site is not directed for use by children under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission to use this site.

Product Display/Colors

The TGIM Books & Apparel Website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and TGIM Books & Apparel reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TGIM Books & Apparel will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with TGIM Books & Apparel’s Return Policy.

Sales Tax Policy

TGIM Books & Apparel collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law, for transactions on all our tangible goods.

TGIM Books & Apparel will also gladly assist you with placing a tax-exempt order. Please call (817) 217-9145. TGIM Books & Apparel reserves the right not to sell to re-sellers.

Order Limitations

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

TGIM Books & Apparel may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. TGIM Books & Apparel also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same TGIM Books & Apparel Website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. TGIM Books & Apparel reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Shipping

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to TGIM Books & Apparel’s shipping policies.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 10 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Termination of Use

TGIM Books & Apparel may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the TGIM Books & Apparel Website at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. TGIM Books & Apparel reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the TGIM Books & Apparel Website at any time without prior notice.

Our Forums are a very vital way for our readers, donors, supporters of TGIM Books & Apparel and TGIM Authors stay connected. To participate in our Forums, all you need to do is follow the rules.

Please follow our guidelines and rules regarding conduct in the Forum. TGIM Books & Apparel reserves the right to modify these guidelines and rules at any time without notice by posting revised guidelines and rules on this website.

What is an online forum and how do they work?

Online forums are essentially a collection of virtual bulletin boards that are intended to provide a place for discussion, learning, and sharing experiences. Our forums include but are not limited to TGIM's Facebook Pages, Online Classes, Meet, Messenger, Zoom, Company and Author Websites. Users can post questions and answers to problems they have been encountering, search for troubleshooting advice, and even talk about their favorite subject with others that share the same interests.

While anyone can browse and search forums for information, only registered users (also called members) can post new questions, answers or comments. Additionally, members can track discussions and even receive notifications whenever new posts are made.

What is my role in the online community?

Everyone is essential in an online community. By visiting often (and participating) you not only add important information but also encourage others to do the same. If you come with your toughest issues, you’ll probably be able to find someone else that has the same problem or can point you in the right direction. Then if you’re able to find a solution that works for you, you can add your own insights and experience. Chances are that you may have an answer that someone else has been seeking!

How safe are online communities?

Apparel and Merchandise Refund/Exchange Policy

If your item is somehow damaged in the shipping process, we will be happy to exchange your product, subject to availability. Exchanges and Returns or are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.  All apparel and merchandise sold through TGIM are fulfilled by Printful and Amazon. As such, refunds and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. All apparel and merchandise must be returned in their original condition. All apparel and merchandise (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition), can be mailed with the original packing slip to:

eBook Exchange

If you have an issue with your download of an eBook, Contact Us, and we will provide you with another download at no additional cost. eBooks cannot be returned.

Paper Back Book Return/Exchange

If your item is somehow damaged in the shipping process, we will be happy to exchange your product, subject to availability. Exchanges and Returns or are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. Books, DVDs and CDs (in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition), can be mailed with the original packing slip to:
